Your Time Is Limited…Do What You Are Meant To Do

Yes, your time is limited: Everyone has the same 24 hours in a day, along with 7 days in a week. There are some huge differences in the ways that people spend those hours, and that is okay. The issue comes up when we are spending more time doing things that we hate, then time spent doing those things that we love. Spending too much time in actions that we are not aligned with can lead to issues with our physical body, mental health, relationships with others, and spiritual connections that we might have.

It is so easy to allow others to dictate where your time should be spent in life. Life can be hectic, can’t it? If you are very busy, then hopefully it is busy doing things that you love. If you feel continuous fatigue, unhappy with your state in life, and disappointed with your results…then maybe it is time for you to make a change.

Either way, plenty can be learned from taking a look at how your life is currently working. Even if you just make some minor adjustments to an already great life, you can make it even more amazing in no time.

Time Enhancer #1 – Goal Listing

Writing out your goals will help to make your life better sooner than later. Make time to write out some goals that you would currently like to accomplish. By doing this, you are priming your brain to take action on these goals and make them happen. Sometimes, it can seem like it is happening unconsciously without effort. That is due to the fact that you are making it easier to take inspired action by listing out your goals, and creating a vision, first.

Time Enhancer #2 – Start Taking Action

It’s easy to spend a lot of time in your head without even doing anything about the goals that you have. Your time is limited and you should notice that as soon as possible when you get into one of these “comfort zone” states. I love to be in a comfort zone. The issue is when we start spending too much time in that comfort zone without improvement. It can then start to feel negative. We crave stimulation and adventure, so make time to take inspired action on what you want to do with your life.

Time Enhancer #3 – Listen To Your Feelings

You are the boss of you. You aren’t in control of anyone else, and nobody else is in control of you. Really feel that for a minute. Take in what that means. It can be so quick to fall into a state to where you start doing everything that everyone else wants you to do, but not anything that you want to do. Make special time for yourself and make sure that it is spent doing things that you love to do.

Use your feelings as a guide. When you are doing what you love, it should feel effortless and like you could simply drift off doing it all day.

That right there is how life is meant to be lived.

We need to get into that state as much as possible. I know it can be hard to do, but you need to allow yourself to arrive at that point as often as possible.

Your time is limited, so take inspired actions that make you feel great: Do it for the sake of the people around you. Do it for your career. Do it for the love of your life. Do it for your children.

If anything at all, make sure that you do it for yourself.
