Self Confidence Tips To Build Happiness

It’s easy to become very battered by the opinions, expectations, and words of those that surround you. Other people easily influence what we think and how we act, especially if we are told something repeatedly.

Take some time out and imagine what your best life would look like. What would you be doing? How would you be acting? Who would you be surrounding yourself with? Sometimes, all it takes is a little visualization to get us back on track with our self confidence and goals.

Tip #2: Practice Being Confident

Decide to start practicing in the art of confidence. Have you heard the phrase “fake it until you make it” before? Well, this applies here and works very well.

Jump start your confidence by practicing what it is like to have high self-esteem and feel confident on a consistent basis.

Tip #3: Do Something That Assures 100% Success

It doesn’t matter what it is, but start doing things that you know 100% that you will have success in.

You will become very aware that small successes lead to great boosts in your self confidence levels. This can even spawn from small things such as reading an article, doing 20 jumping jacks, cleaning the back seat of your car, etc.

Don’t underestimate the power of small success.

The longer that you wait to get up and start doing something about your situation, the harder it will be to change. This has been proven over and over again.
